A Few Words from Catherine
My mother, now 94 and living with blindness, continues to live in her home with the support she deserves. Like many families, we faced the challenge of finding trustworthy, compassionate individuals who could assist with daily routines and provide consistent, reliable care. Finding the right support brought us true peace of mind, knowing she was safe, respected, and genuinely cared for each day.
A Few Words from Rae
For me, this journey began when my mother became bedridden due to diabetes and neuropathy for many years. Like so many families, we faced the difficult and often exhausting search for the right companion, someone who could provide not only assistance, but genuine care and presence. After much searching, we were blessed to find the right person, someone who became far more than a caregiver, but a trusted companion and part of our family.
Knowing that our mothers were supported with kindness, consistency, and compassion brought an immeasurable sense of peace of mind during very challenging times. Those experiences are the foundation of Golden Age Companions.
We provide non-medical home care and companion services in The Villages and throughout Central Florida, focused on meaningful companionship, daily support, and preserving independence at home.
Because care is more than assistance, it is trust, presence, and peace of mind.
